I see the beautiful soul within you, the one that’s worthy of being loved exactly as you are.


You matter, and it’s my deepest desire to help you see yourself through the eyes of unconditional love—the same love that’s already within you, waiting to be awakened.

After losing my mother to leukemia when I was just 13, I spent decades numb, closed off from love, afraid to face the pain. Fear guided my decisions, keeping me from fully living and loving.


It wasn’t until I lost two much loved women to suicide in my early 40's that I realized I was on the same path—lost, hopeless, and weighed down by sadness. I couldn’t imagine a life filled with joy, free from constant fear and stress.

But something inside me knew that there had to be more.


Determined to find peace, love, and purpose, I embarked on a profound journey of self-healing.


Along the way, I found not only myself but also a passion for helping others discover their light. I uncovered a calling—to guide beautiful souls like you in healing your heart, finding self-love, and realizing your worth as the amazing person you are.


Through the power of HeartHealing™, I transformed my own life, reawakening my deep spiritual connection and embracing the love I had always been worthy of.


Now, I offer you the same safe space, filled with compassion, to heal and grow. Together, we’ll rewrite the story you’ve been telling yourself.
